    Or vice versa?

Is anybody here like that? Are you only "turned on" sexually by females/males, but only attracted emotionally to the other?

How does this work out? :dunno:

Well... it is possible, but IMO part of a problem like this is rooted in the fact our society influences us so much. In either case u may simply be trying to conform to what society has deamed as normal in a unconcious effort to be accepted. BTW i went through a long stage like this and realized it was an attempt to avoid fears related to societal anger.

    Now i identify as gay...

...speaking from the perspective of a Queer Theorist, the answer is no.

[To be labeled 'homosexual', you have to be emotionally attracted to the same sex. Anyone can be sexually attracted to anyone--it's a biological response (an urge VS an emotion).

That's why str8 men in prison who have sex with other men are still str8. That's why war buddies lending a helping hand is so commonplace. That's why I have sooo many toasters. And that's why soo many "DL" men claim that they are still str8, because they claim only to use the same sex sex as purely a fulfillment of physical pleasure. No mental connection. For them, it's 'easier' to have sex with readily available men/ 'helping each other' as opposed to playing the games that some women force on them.]

Yea, QT is an amalgamation of Psych., Soc., & PoliSci., all with anthropological research methods...

    But I get it.

Then again, I've always liked all 4 of those, and so in clusterfuck form, I really like it ;)

    No
I don't find those arousing at all, I like manly men and I appreciate (sometimes too much) a good looking woman. If I could marry a girl like Lisa Kudrow (Friends) or Karen Walker (W&G) or that broad from Overhaulin' I'd die a happy man too :big grin: :o

    I'm not into transexuals.
