I was wondering, Do fatty acids get burned in a particular order, or are all fats burned in parallal...

for instance, you intake sat 3g / mono 3g poly 3g

    you burn ~30 calories

in your body what shall remain?

    if parallel s 1g / m 1g / p 1g

would be nice if sat fats get burned first (low chain to high chain), then poly, than mono

    thus: s 0g / m 3g / p 3g

No chem lab for home, intake sat 3g / mono 3g poly 3g, but in your body for burn ~30 calories like if parallel s 1g / m 1g / p 1g when would be nice if sat fats get burned first (low chain to high chain), then poly, than mono to be for s 0g / m 3g / p 3g instead?

well i know MUFA's and PUFA's chemical arrangement doesn't allow them to be stored (stacked, more specifically) as tightly as sat fats, so they might be more easily released into the blood and burned for fuel during lipolysis :dunno:
