I've taken one at a time pre-workout for a bit of extra "up" when I can tell I'm lagging ass that day, and they've done me good. Extra energy without any jitters. Took Hydroxycut back when I was losing some weight, and it ended up making me shakey, nervous, add, etc. I'm probably going to try to take off some fat in a bit here, and considering using AMP. If it doesn't give me these shakey feelings with the occasional one here or there, what are the chances it'll do it when taken on a regular basis (esp. given my history with hydroxycut)? I have a history of high blood pressure. Since losing a bit of weight it's been steadily within normal guidelines... but I'm still nervous about taking anything that'll signifigantly mess with that.
