Is there a way to create public folders which have hierarchical viewing rights?

    Right now say I have

    Support/1
    Support/2

If I click on the Support folder it shows me there are folders 1 & 2 inside, then I can view those folders and their inherent e-mails individually.

I want to be able to click on Support and have all of the e-mails included in 1 & 2 show up, then if I click on 1 it will show only e-mails in 1, etc.

    Is this possible? :noes:

Are you doing this on an exchange server?

I'm thinking a custom search folder could do what you need
