question about working out abs

    i've done a search and no threads are similar to my question....
    i was wondering what exercises, if any, i can do at home to strengthen up my abs?
    are situps my only choice?

    Yes i can goto the gym and blablabla, but let's just answer this question first.. thanks

    crunches, russian twists, side bends, reverse crunches, V sit ups, supermans (for core, not nec. abs), scissor kicks ( horiz., vert. and crossing), bicycles.


    Oh yeah no number of crunches/ etc. will give you a 6 pack.

    actually back then at the gym, they had the ab rocker when it was new (the one where you lie on your back and your arms reach up to hold the bar), and i tried it out for a few weeks, and amazingly i did get a 6 packk from that thing

    If you had an extremely low body fat, with no ab muscles whatsoever I could believe this. Most people have abs, but don't have the low body fat to see them.
