I have been talking on another forum and have decided to go with a dual amp setup. My main issue is, how do I wire it?

My main amp will be powering my 12" and the 2nd is gonna power 2 6x9's.
I have a distribution block, and everything is wired, but what do I do to run the speakers to the amp?

Like with the main amp its hooked up with the RCA cables. What do I do for the 2nd? Should I just run another set from the amp output to the input on the 2nd amp, or is it done some other way?

The deck is a Pioneer 7600MP if it matters.

that deck should have preouts for the mains, and another set for the sub.

And why are you using 6x9 speakers? Those typically suck.

Got a good deal on em. If I dont like it I can always do something different, didnt spend much on this setup so far so no biggie.
But ok, I'll take a look. I'm in the process of installing everything right now.

You can use the RCA preouts from one amp to pass the signal on to the other amp, or you can just run a second set of rca's to the amp directly from the headunit. It just depends on how many pre-outs your headunit has, or if your amps have rca outputs as well.
