question about whey and granola

    1) is it necessary to take whey protein 3-4 times daily? i want to limit my whey protein intake to half scoop in morning and full scoop post workout. i can get my protein through real foods.



    2) i havent heard much talk about granola and would like to know is it a good idea to purcahse some and throw some on in my yougurt, cereal, protein shakes, and other foods?

    is granola as good or almost as good as oatmeal/oats? would it be considered a good healthy thing to add into your diet?

    granola is pretty high in saturated fat and less protein than oats
