Question about what I can put in a protein shake

    Ok... so first off i'm a girl, not looking to be alll muscle-y or anything. I run 3 or 4 times a week and i'm just trying to lose a few pounds and tone up. I was wondering what i could buy to make shakes with, like protein powder or what? this is new to me and all, i get a good amount of protein already i think from soy milk and what not, but there's always room for more i guess.

    anyone have any suggestions?

    its just the most common protein shake, haha idk wat else to say besides that it adds protein to your diet.

    are you looking for just protein supplementation or something like a slimfast/balance shake?

    if you don't want to go the route of whey protien (and have the time to clean a blender), just mix berries, soy milk, and eggbeaters.

    Take 68 gs of protein with 8-12 oz of water or skim milk. Throw in some bannana or strawberries or other fruits if you want for some flava. Chocolate flavored protein is the best in my opinion, costco has some good prices or you can order it on www.bulknutrition.com.

    Dont worry about getting all "muscle-y", lifting weights won't give you a masculine mucslular build unless you are taking roids. Hit the weights and jam on some protein and you will have a nice toned feminine body.

    If your goals are simply to lose weight, protein isn't going to be nearly as big a deal, especially if you are already getting a good amount. However, I recommend that you at least take up a light weight routine. It will definitely help your body composition.

    Oh, also, pics of your tatas?

    yea i dunno thats just what I jam in mine, one scoop is probably plenty for da wimmenz.
