Question about training splits while in a deficit

    Would it be better to do say chest/tri and back/bi on the same day or split them up? On the one hand, you have more recovery time for the muscle (6 days assuming you do it once a week.) On the other hand, this could be overtraining the muscle and hammering it too hard all at once.

    What do you think?

    personally i do arms on a seperate day

    in a BFI container down an alley
    Im doing chest/bi and shoulder/tri ...I switch to arms on there own day as well

    I only work out 3 days a week so i do chest/tri/abs, back/bi/cardio, legs/shoulders but i'm a stupid girl that pushes herself to sheer exhaustion...:dunno:
