i'm currently on hrt due to low testosterone levels (which led to depression, fatigue, etc.). i'm on my 3rd month of receiving a 200mg shot of testosterone (delivered once a month). my question is, is this enough testosterone to have any impact on a gym routine that i plan on implementing in the next week or so? i used to use the gel (~5mos @ 5mg a day) and it didn't do shit for my symptoms or my t level. now that i'm on the monthly injection (200mg) , i have lost weight (10lbs), feel a lot better, and have fewer mood swings. i'm scheduled to have my t level tested next month to ensure the shots are working but everything is leading me to believe that they are working. at this point, i could use any advantage in the gym so i'm hoping that what i'm being prescribed is enough to do just that.
