what would cause one to sweat excessively?
i don't neccesarrily have to be in the gym or anything.
i could just be simply walking down the street on an 75-80 degree day and sweat not too much but just enough where it's becoming to feel uncomfortable.
i'm not over weight by any means.

i'm fairly hydrated and the clothes i wear are loose ventilated.
    for example...
i'm currently in boston now and it's about 78ish +/-.
i'm just standing outside and i walk towards the garage and start sweating. :ugh:
this is getting out of hand.

    any ideas?
    thanks!

Like others have suggested, hyperhydrosis. Hyperthyroid issues could make you heat intolerant as well...but if you're hyperT, you'll know it, it's a pretty sucky feeling from what I've heard.

    thanks for the info.
i was reading this a bit and it stated that it may be hereditary.
i told my mom about this sweating condition and she says she's been having light cases of it.
my little sis overheard my conversation and stated she has a sweating issue as well but not as severe as mine.

the forum is great there too.

well the sweating has gotten a bit out-of-hand lately and i'm starting to think it's my diet.
i was fairly overweight throughout my childhood going into my young adult years.
back then i've sweat'd a lot more than the other kids but i was just thinking it was because i was ow.
in my 20's my weight (bf) has been fluctuating.
as of late i've been on this psmf.
i started a couple months ago (approx may 21st @ 305lbs 25% bf) and i have been consistant with it since.
    i'm now 261 lbs.
my ideal weight is 250ish +/-.

    you're over by 65lbs. :squint:
funny you said that because back day is the only day in my routine where the sweat is so extreme i bring 2 huge jugs of ice cold water with me to the gym.

    i've just got to boston.
i'll try to render some shots but i need to sort out my living arrangements first.
sleeping on a computer chair FTL.

at least your sweat doesn't have the odor of ammonia.

you're making me sweat now! :wtc:
    thanks for that info btw

you too are another one eh?

cave told me you were hot!!!
    can you please post pics?

If you can rep 635 for 5 you should be pulling close to 700 for a 1RM.

Don't get me wrong, your posts are always entertaining...with that in mind:

    teh internets are serious business.

ps - I would like to see what a person who can dead 635x5 looks like. The most I've ever seen anyone lift in the gym was 595 for a single, and that broly was pretty big.

I sweat a lot. It could be because I'm drinking 2+ gallons of water a day and it just wants OUT of my body.
