For as long as I can remember I have always sweated shitloads after doing even the littlest amount of activity. I consider myself to be a rather healthy eater (no junk food and minimal greasy meals, and no alcohal), but after doing my workouts I continue sweating long after. Even after a brisk walk or just being in a warm room for that matter I'll begin to perspire.

Is this a good thing, or is there something I need to change? I'm always feeling warm rarely need a jacket in cold weather, and I'm not a fatass (5'10", 175lbs). It's actually very fucking annoying.

    No. Okay? No.
I'm a very lean, very in-shape guy and I can still work up a sweat just sitting on a bench in 70 degree weather. Some people are just prone to sweating a lot, regardless of how good of a body they have. :dunno:
    Its probably just menopause anyways.

I also live in SC. The type of heat we have here is quite humid, which promotes sweating. Go live in Idaho if you want sweltering heat with little sweating.

I sweat doing the little stuff to, but I have learned that sometimes stress is what makes me worked up about something then I start to sweat.
