Planning on joining the AF soon, but need to shed a few extra pounds I put on while in college. Just wondering what weight loss supplements Im allowed to take (if any) while Im hittin the gym. I know anything with ephedra isnt happening anymore, but how about some of the ephedra free formulated products such as Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, etc.? any help is appreciated.

I was wondering if using supplements will get me in trouble at MEPS, not asking about how effective they are. Its all good though, prolly just misunderstood my question. :coolugh:

Weight loss supplements FTL, just exercise and eat well. If you want to take muscle supplements (creatine, etc) I just know that the Canadian Army doesn't give two shits about it. :dunno:
