i went to the gym on fridaay night and worked out, felt great was a little sore but the next morning i felt barely any soreness like my chest/arms were sore but not where it was hard to do anything

well fast foward to last night/this morning my arms/chest are a lot more sore then the saturday morning

is there a reason behind this? I would expect saturday (entire day) to be fully sore not the night time or w/e

i dont care about it but just was wondering how it works like that

yea, i find the better daily workout nutrition i have and the more rest i get, the amount of soreness and time greatly decreases

Everyone is different, I find that diet plays a big part in how sore I am. If Im cutting it takes longer to recover.
Protein and creatine and plenty of water helps as well.

The pain never goes away though, you end up getting used to it :)

sorry my question was kinda vague.

i mean like, how come I didnt feel any soreness in the morning, but night and today it was more pronounced.

Friday night, I did have a huge meal. Calamari + Chicken ceasar salad.

where on saturday, I didn't have breakfast and only a small lunch till supper time which was also brief.

oh and, if someone is on creatine what's the amount of water they should be drinking? my friend is drinking around 1.5L of water and still feels a little dehydrated.

depends on their size. 1.5l would be about the minimum most guys should consume. I try to shoot for 3L
