question about shrugs

    so basically i just dont feel them getting worked out that much.
    i do db shrugs, never done em prior to a month ago
    should i do bb shrugs with the db's also?

    and how much weight do you people db shrug?

    if I'm at home i use 150s, the dbs at my school arent heavy enough

    I also max out the dbs at my gym.. I get bored with shrugs because the 50s aren't enough.

    I need to learn how to do bb powershrugs..

    It's my apartment gym.. albeit it's really nice, and fully loaded, I've maxed most of it out. Was going to sign for Golds on Monday.. until.. well, you know.

    bah, i only do 80's. at least my gym goes up to 150lbs.

    use the flatbar and put weights on. it helps work your grip too.

    i shrug 225x8 on my last set. anything past 255, i cant grip it without it slipping out of my hands.

    his dad was very ill for a while and gnp started moving around a lot. I havent talked to him in a while

    I use Dumbells and Barbell. Sometimes I will use the cables when I want to switch it up, or I use the Smith machine and do it reverse.

    Try murdering them with tons of reps or do heavy static holds. They can take a beating.

    lol, i think shrugs might be the only lift im equal to you on then.
