My company's website is a flash website. I have it embedded into the html using SWFObject, which allows alternate content to be on the page. So I am going to put all text content that is in the flash movie in the index.html. Now would google frown upon me listing every company that we do work for that is in the portfolio, and linking to their site?

just don't put all that shit in the meta keywords, plain text is fine... the more it's like a "non-flash" alternate site the more legit it is.
