If you're going to drink, I really wouldn't worry about the liquor. The biggest thing is the mixers, if you're drinking rum and cokes all night all the sugar and calories in the coke is gonna fuck you up.

Keep it to straight liquor if you wanna get hammered, a few light beers if you just want to nurse some drinks and get a decent buzz going, and if you want mixed drinks try to use diet sodas or something.

Me? Straight tequila for the win.

Newsflash : alcohol is its own type of calories. It's pointless to say alcohol "has no carbs". It's not straight sugar, sure, but it's not "carb free".

Who gives a shit? If you're drinking liquor you shouldn't be worrying about how "healthy" it is.

Alcohol's calories are around 7 per gram, fat 9 cals per gram, and protein and carbs around 4 cals per gram.

it also depends on what you mix it with...if you mix it with a regular soda...that's even worse for you...time for straight shots :bigthumb:
