Question about post workout shake.

    this is what i'm taking atm:

    unfortunatley due to my work schedule which is fri-mon, m workouts are now tues, we & thurs. it's not a big deal, i just split everything up over the 3 days.

    the instructions say to take it after my work out or in the morning on off days.

    so my question is since i have so many days off in a row, do i really need to keep taking it that many days after my workout days? or should i just take it fri and maybe saturday depending on how hard my thurs was?

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
    UMM HOW i word this... ok u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?

    get a big bucket of ON whey

    get a bucket of gatorade powder

    for post workout, put a scoop of ON whey and ascoop of gatorade powder in there

    for other times, just put a scoop of ON whey

    thats it.

    No, I got a bunch of bullshit and two people who can't read. Make that three with the guy below you.

    I'm already taking the stuff I posted (as it says) and asked a simple yes or no answer question about it.

    I'm trying to take this more seriously cause i'm down to losing my last 25-30lbs.

    I didn't come here to get the same crap that seems to be the norm in this forum as i see reading some of the threads. Fuck, I've been here longer than everyone.

    Since you're concerned with numbers on your weightloss don't mind the extra 3-5lbs or so you're going to add by taking creatine mono. Go by the mirror.

    :rofl: i always go by mirror and the way my clothes fit, or don't. if i gave a shit what the scale said i would have /myself long ago.

    i know i'll put on wieght from the creatine, but it just more lean mass so meh. i'm just aiming for 15-18%bf, which is about half of what i started at :o

    the bullshit is annyoing regardless of where we are and how long whoever has been here. all i wanted was a yes or a no; which i still haven't gotten from any of you. if i wanted suggestions i would have just read the threads or used the search.

    Just take it on fri. and sat. follow up.

    If you can, work out mon-wed-fri. then take it in the mornings on tues-thurs-sat. You'd probably get better results, nothing you could see from week to week, but over a year it would add up. (I know you aren't in for suggestions, but still, if its the same amount of working out for better results......)

    Other than that, ^^ what they said.

    yay, was that so hard?

    i know mon/wed/fri would be better. i was doing sun/tue/thur, but like i said, schedule change. i'll burn off my last 25-30lbs of fat in like 3-4 months anyways.
