Question about posing/flexing...

    I have never stepped on stage. And have never tried to pose.

    But I have been practicing lately. And I feel like my tendons are not holding up. I wish I had better words to express this.

    But when I hit a pose, I feel like my tendons are tearing away from the bone. Almost like my muscles are too strong for the connective tissue. And I cant hold the pose very long. For fear of tearing/straining a muscle. (And trust me, it isnt because I am broly)

    Anyone have any suggestions? Could it be lack of potassium? Do I need more practice? Do I just have weak pussy connective tissue?

    This is also why I think my deadlift sucks balls. I know I have 550+ in me. But can only pull 500. I just feel like my tendons are weak as fuck.

    99% of people dont realize that POSING FUCKING HURTS


    You just need to get your body conditioned to it. You need to practice and you need to be able to HOLD those poses for quite some time. It's a serious workout in itself.

    Sounds like someone needs to work on soft tissue quality.
