I have recently been working out (minor lifting every night) for the last couple weeks and eating a lot better. Not trying to get huge or anything, just want to loose some weight/get in a little better shape. A friend of mine had some Novadex XT that he never used and asked if I wanted it. Says its a test booster... figured it couldnt be too bad.

Would it be okay to take by itself or do you have to take it with something? :dunno: What would happen if I followed the dose suggestions on the bottle...

I am really a noob about supplements so don't jump my shit haha im just wondering.
