#1 Are there any advantages to doing dumbell curls instead of barbell curls? or vice versa? I tend to do BB curls a lot more, should i change it up?

#2 Critique my routine please? any comments/advice are more than welcomed.

its a bis/forearms day. i figure regular curls isolate bis, reverse curls isolate forearms (with some bis), and hammers do both.

too much bicep, and uhh i dont see the need to directly train forearms if you did some badass shit like deadlifts, etc.
