I've been eating clean as fuck the last few weeks and I like what I see. this is my basic diet 6am: Smoothie (1 banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk, handful of walnuts or scoop of natural ppb, 2 scoops ON whey, 2 shots espresso) 8am: 1.5g l-arginine 10am: Celery with natural ppb 12: chicken breast with broccoli and cottage cheese 2pm: 1.5g l-arginine 4pm: cottage cheese and celery with natural ppb 6pm: 1.5g l-arginine 6:30pm: lift and 1 scoop ON whey 7:30pm: chicken breast and broccoli 830pm: handful of unsalted peanuts I drink my shake while working out since my last meal is at 4 and I need something before dinner. That means instead of a post workout shake I just eat my dinner since I go right home after lifting. It seems silly to have another shake (like what i have first thing in the morning) if by the time I'm done drinking that I eat a chicken breast. Is this dumb? Should I reorganize this somehow? Also... fucking sodium. These damn frozen chicken breasts have 350mg of it. I drink a ton of water to offset but its annoying. Is there some better? Any general comments on diet? I'm following the lifting routine from the sticky and have been making nice progress.
