Question about morning workouts and breakfast

    People that work out in the morning before work, what do you normally do for breakfast? Do you eat before or after you workout. And if you go to work directly after working out, what kinds of food do you eat that are easy to eat on the go as well as still healthy?

    definitely eat before you work out. you shouldn't lift on an empty stomach, and when you wake up your stomach is the emptiest it will be all day. have a protein shake waiting for you in a cooler in your car for your drive to work.

    I get up and drink a two scoop protein shake ... another protein shake after I workout. Then I shower and get dressed for work and eat a huge breakfast before I leave for work...

    Im assuming that your showering at the gym and heading to work though :dunno:

    I eat 2 cups of spaghetti 1 hour before working out and 4 scoops of Cytogainer after.

    i work out w/o eating, seeing mad weight loss gains. getting mad strong too :bowdown:
