question about milk

    milk = stronger bones, muscle growth, and/or good source of fat (low fat milk)?


    dont want to break anything after watching various lifting clips:noes:

    No, calcium = stronger bones. You won't even have to worry about pushing that kind of weight but if you want more calcium go get a calcium supplement.
