Is a meal replacing shake a good idea when trying to lose fat. I was eyeing the GNC mealplex meal replacemennts: http://www.gnc.com/productDetails.aspx?id=350686&lang=en

On the site it says, do not use for weight reduction, but it seems like a shake that replaces a meal with only 180 calories and 24g protein would be perfect on a diet.

If that's what you're going for, it should work for you.

If I drink shakes, I'm still hungry afterwards. I need mastication.

:werd: I always try to eat solid foods, drinking calories never makes me feel full.
