Question about HGH

    Does HGH improve joint injury recovery time? If you take it, is there a significant difference in ones ability to recover from say tendon/muscle strains? Sometimes I tweak an elbow or wrist here and there during training, and it causes down time which I fucking hate.

    GH will do what you are asking, but, its stupid expensive right now with one of its largest labs being shut down by the DEA.
    Have you tried glucosamine?

    Injuries can be reduced by focusing on form.
    Be smart about lifting, we are not building our muscles in a day so if you are at the gym and something feels "off". Drop the weights down. Best to bruise the ego than a body part.
    Over the extended periods of times we train, if we just came in below the mark once in a while to reduce injury, in the long run, you will gain more from being in the gym more and not recovering.

    Recovery time is very much dependant on your diet as well. I find if I am cutting, my recovery times are about twice as long. Try upping your carbs/fats a bit to see if that helps.
    Recovery time is a message to our body as well. If it takes you too long to recover then your body is telling you that maybe you are pushing that portion too hard. Like I said in the other paragraph, dropping down a couple lbs in wieghts in the long run will have you in the gym more.

    Deciding on hormones is a tough decision that shouldn't be taken lightly and should be a "last" case scenario after exhausting all other avenues and usually after you've spent the time in the gym for a few years.

    Yep, used to be very affordable before the big hit. It's either expensive, or you're going to get scammed. Interested about the India stuff supposedly coming out.

    why the fuck would you do that in the first place? and better yet, why would you inject GH to make up for it instead of just cutting back your training?

    It's not easy to find a source for the average joe. It's expensive, lot's of fakes.
