So my brolly bromonster from high school that i hang out with quite often who is going to school to become a personal trainer, told me that the optimum target heart rate during cardio for weight loss for me is 135-140-ish. Now, I believe him because of his sheer brolly-ness and the fact that he's going to school. I did some research online, and i know we cant post links so i'm not gonna but; online i'm getting way too many mixed messages about this. Oh, also, is my diet that i've posted looking good so far? or is there anything i should change up?
