I've been doing them for a couple of weeks now and I still don't have the form down. My main problem is that the bar tends to choke me. I cross my arms like the guy in this picture: I do that because olympic style really hurts my right wrist. Is the bar supposed to choke you, or is there something else wrong with my form i.e. not standing upright enough? Edit: I put 10lb plates under my heels if that matters.
