Typically I work out at 7, take an MRP right after, around 8:30 or so. I was wondering if it would be more efficient for me to eat a meal w/ 50+ grams or protein immed after, then taking the MRP later in the day, as my metabolism would be higher to digest the larger calorie meal as opposed to "wasting" the bump in metabolism after working out, correct?

any time you can get REAL food in the better. Just eat and don't sweat the other stuff until your ready to step on the stage. PWO I usually have chicken and rice.

Sorry, MRP-meal repalcement. I was wondering b/c I'm trying to drop weight, but do the benefits of whey (faster absorping) outweigh the the benfits of real food (for me, feeling fuller, likely to eat less later in the day)
