I recently got reacquainted with cleans and I was wondering, for all those who do the exercise, what is a good day to incorporate them into my workout. Should it be a separate day or should I add it to my existing routine?

I currently workout these body parts on separate days:

    Chest-Tris
    Shoulders-Traps
Back-Bis dead lifts Focusing on heavy sets lower reps
Legs – primarily squats with extensions and legpresses .
    Abs-Forearms
I sometimes throw in cardio on the Shoudler/Abs days, but not a big fan.

your problem is youre still training bodyparts, cleans is a full body movement so theres really no place that you can put them in your routine thats better than any other place

agreed. however, if I was to put it on a day, I'd say shoulder/trap day. Those get hit the hardest (for me).
