I have a Clarion RDX765Dz headunit which I cannot find any information about on the internet. I am basically looking to buy a CD changer and most of the Clarion CD Changers I've seen have round connectors on their cables to connect to the back of the radio. My radio has a square looking plug. Whats the deal? Do I need to buy some sort of adapter? I really need help here!

If its square, its most likely CeNet and it will not work on the round connector. They started using CeNet around 2000. It is still in use by Clarion. Any CeNet compatible changer will work for you. And if you need an extension on the CeNet cable I have one that is like 20 feet. Id sell it to you. Let me know.
