ok, i had a few .avi files that i tried to burn to DVD, but they end up being stretched really wide, and not tall enough (way more than say a typical widescreen movie)

the vids look fine on my PC monitor, but once i burn them and watch them on a TV they are funky...

the file in question is 592x320

    any ideas?

    Thanks,

nothing you can do if that's the resolution / aspect ratio they come at. They will only look normal at their proper aspect ratio, you could try to stretch/skew it but it would just distort the image...
