I recently went up from about ~3500 cals to ~4200 cals because i wasn't gaining anymore weight. I have since gained weight but I think a lot of it is fat. On an average, I take this in:

    4000 cals
    115g fat
    525g carb
    300g protein

    I am 6'1" 200lbs.

I know I should cut my cals a bit, but what from? Any suggestions on # of carbs, fat, protein are welcome! Thanks

Just go by how many pounds you gain per week, try to stay at around 1lb per week

I've been bulking since spring and have gained 25lbs. I know I will gain some fat while bulking, obviously. I just think I have gained a lot more fat since I upped my calories a second time. What should I cut my calories from?

Why dont you just cut your calories down to like 4000. It probably has more to do with the quantity of excess calories rather than the type.
