question about being sick.

    i've been going to the gym religiously everyday now for a week or so. i spend 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 on weights (targeting different muscle groups everytime) and 10 minutes stretching. well, thing is now, i have a fever. and i'm super weak. i've already had to miss 2 days and it's making me feel guilty. i'm already on antibiotics so this should hopefully be gone in a few days. should i just continue going to the gym and just take it a bit easier or stay in bed until i'm fully fit to go back?

    take it easy and don't go to the gym. Don't take your illness to the gym and give it to everyone else.

    i HATE when people come in and are sneezing all over the equipment... when i'm sick, i lift random objects at home. don't go, people will appreciate that you're not giving them your disease.
