I know very little about audio. Just recently my front speaker in my car just went out and I was looking to upgrade. I'm not looking to drop a ton of money(100-150$/set) but I would like to get something that sounds decent. I have the upgraded package, which is the 6 speaker monsoon sound system. The front speakers are 6.5s, mid speakers 6.5s, and rears are 4s.

    My question:
A 200 watt amp? Does this mean it puts out 200 watts to each speaker, or 200 WATTS total to all 6 speakers?

Without much knowledge from the first question, which speakers would you suggest of the two below? How much difference in quality am I going to notice?
