Question about a Routine Sticky

    I want to follow the beginner routine that Letifo recommended here:

    For the most part I understand everything except the following:

    1) Incline russian twists
    2) Saxon bends
    3) GHRs

    Google had no images of how these are done so I come to you for help :x:

    I would be willing to bet your gym doesn't have a glute ham raise.
