quad blasting exercises

    besides the king of leg exercises, the squat, what are other exercises (whether it be freeweight/machine/cable), is another exercise you would consider a great one to build muscle mass (specifically the quads)?

    i have a great upperbody (imo) but im lacking on lowerbody and would like to catch up with it:hsd:


    im also on the christophers routine (http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1574598) and tmorrow is day 2. would it be ok to add in some more leg work?

    more leg exercises shouldnt be needed on that routine, you are hitting the legs three times a week

    ill try front squats.

    also, would their be any replacement for GM's? reason asking because im not too sure if my form is perfect yet and the ppl who know what GM's are arent their anymore.

    as for crunking, im gonna have a 4th day:
    dumbbell curls: 3x8
    lever grip: 3x12
    hammer curls: 3x8
    standing calf raises: 3x8
    db shrugs: 2x5
    bb shrugs: 2x5
    farmers walk: 3 attempts
    and some other random bs
