started bulking back in late november...

boosted my caloric intake (to roughly +3500 on workout days)
muscle milk and other protein bars/drinks on workout days..

ive gone from 135 and fluctuates between 150-155.

looking to peak at 160. am i wrong for eating less calories on days i dont workout? i normally work out at least 3 times a week, and its sometimes hard to do more given my schedule..

edit : before i started bulking, i was doing a ton of cardio and i have always eating very lean an healthy..

since i started bulking, ive cut out cardio completely and eat whatever the hell i want.

should probably keep your caloric intake the same for off days

your muscles are repairing and rebuiding on your off days, so yes you should keep the same calorie intake as days when lifting
