Q for the deadlifters..

    the few times i have DLed have been at shoulder width of narrower, and that is how i used to squat too... allot of the PL Squat and DL videos i see are doing it Sumo style and seems like it has a lot smaller range of motion. which is easier? are there any limitations of doing one vs the other?

    unless you're competing there is really no point in pulling sumo...


    as far as which one is easier it depends on your build...my sumo is about 100lbs less then my conventional...

    I'm always afraid that I'll accidentally drop the plates on my food so I stopped doing sumo..

    i just grab it were it feels comfortable, i dont do sumo much

    Everyone seems to be better with different stances and grips, just find whats right for you
