What do you guys have in your post workout shake? I use to use 1 scoop of ON 100% whey with 1 scoop of dextrose. Now I'm using only 1/2 scoop of dextrose. Thinking I'll just drop the dextrose from it for a while. Maybe kick it up to 2 scoops of whey. I workout in the morning right waking up and have breakfast after I get home and shower. Wondering what others take.
