PWO Shake

    What do you guys have in your post workout shake? I use to use 1 scoop of ON 100% whey with 1 scoop of dextrose. Now I'm using only 1/2 scoop of dextrose. Thinking I'll just drop the dextrose from it for a while. Maybe kick it up to 2 scoops of whey. I workout in the morning right waking up and have breakfast after I get home and shower. Wondering what others take.

    This is my PWO Shake as of late. (I dont recommend this if you work out late night, but whatever)

    1-2 Scoops BSN Vanilla Syntha 6 Protein
    ~1 cup fat free or low fat vanilla yogurt
    ~1 cup mixed frozen berries
    1/2 banana
    ~10-12 o.z. water

    Makes for a very nice protein smoothie, add in/out natural pb/strawberries or whatever taste you prefer.

    1 scoop of Cytogainer
    1 scoop of ON whey

    Mmmm, I use to blend my protein with bananas and strawberries and skim milk. It's been like 5 years since I've done that now. Use to take a scoop of whey and one of maltodextrin before workouts too when I was bulking or on a cycle.

    pretty much the same here, but ill put in some peanut butter and use skim milk.

    I use to use Gatorade with vanilla protein back when I first started working out. I've stopped using creatine lately (last 3-4 weeks or so).

    2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex in water.

    I'll usually grab an apple too.

    2 scoops of whey in water or milk with creatine and some glutamine. then a cookie or what ever for carbs.

    -one scoop of ON whey
    -5g creatine
    -flax seed oil

    and have a big ole spoonful of PB

    i just preblend it dry, then when its a powder add whey/water/peanut butter etc

    now im having a raw,uncooked oat shake in the morning i dont think i need oats again in my PWO

    2 scoops of a 5 type protein blend (50 g protein)
    1 cup of dry oatmeal
    1 banana
    scoop of glutamine
    12 oz water

    blend drink grow
