PWO Carbs

    I have been reading a shit load of conflicting information lately about PWO carbs.

    I have always believed you need high glycemic carbs PWO to get that rapid transport of nutrients into your muscles for repair.

    I have been reading alot of articles that state this is wrong.

    What's yalls opinion on this?

    consensus on here is that it means nothing, just try to get some food in you after you work out.

    I've been doing it since I started because it does logically make sense and it's easy, but I don't know if it's really helped me any. Just experiment with it and see what feels right

    been sticking to pur's Gatorade and protein. seems to work pretty well

    I usually throw in some waxy maize or dextrose so I guess I'll just keep goin with that.

    i was doing WMS immediately after then 20mins later 2 scoops whey. worked pretty well. just want to try what pur says.

    malto and whey for me post workout. Its cheap.

    post workout is 1 scoop whey, red potatoes, and 3 eggs
