4-6" diameter pvc safe to use instead of a foam roller? ive been using one the past few days.

Thats all we used at my gym
i use a pvc pipe and a rolling pin for my hamstrings and peroneals.
If I did my quads/IT band with a PVC pipe I think I'd die.
It's not too bad for some parts
I actually like using a PVC pipe or softball instead of the foam. It hurts alot more, but it just feels better when i'm done.
Some parts are no issue. I hardly feel it doing my hams, front of the quads hurt a little bit. Sides...suck.
Calves hurt like a motherfucker too.
I just did PVC followed by lacrosse ball on my calves, OMG I'm fucked.
