Putting together a home gym!

    Looks like I will start assembling this sooner than I thought. Someone nearby is giving away some gym equipment. Only 120lbs a bar and a bench but free happens to be my favorite four letter word that starts with "F".:naughty:

    I envy you. I've already got my place planned out in my mind for when I finally graduate and get a house. I might just steal GNPs stuff though

    Rack w/ sumo base and monolift attachment and other goodies
    GHR < got that
    Reverse Hyper < got that
    Dumbells
    Matts
    Chains
    Bands
    45 Back raise
    Bars (cambered SSB Power bars)
    Weight < need more
    Gripers
    Sled < got that
    Tires
    Grip stuff

    Man, I would love one of those deadlift platforms w/ the band attachments on it. I guess you could just pull in the rack and use those band attachments, but the platform is just much more cool

    More weight, olympic db handles, cage, dip handles for cage, GHR, rubber mats, rolling thunder (probably a knock off), heavy bag. I'll probably think of more stuff to get once I have all of that.
