this morning i did 510 pushups with a 30lb weight on my back.

i weigh about 180 and i max at 250ish....i onlyt lift like once every 10 days though.

Depends what you want to achieve i guess? I'm gonna have to get my ass into the gym pretty soon. I have a free membership to one with my work, but I wouldnt really know what to do when I got there.

what's your routine like?
i row for my school so basically i workout my back, shoulders, delts, legs, biceps and forearms everyday just from practice....and then i do about 300-600 pushups everyother day.
