pushup update from pushup king

    i weigh about 180 and i max at 250ish....i onlyt lift like once every 10 days though.

    - whatever dude, your the one who's putting all this stress on yourself with these huge weights....wait till your 50 when u have to get a knee replacement.

    strength-related aerobics and cardio > broly lifting.

    Depends what you want to achieve i guess? I'm gonna have to get my ass into the gym pretty soon. I have a free membership to one with my work, but I wouldnt really know what to do when I got there.

    you do pushups one day, 9 days off, pushups again?

    i row for my school so basically i workout my back, shoulders, delts, legs, biceps and forearms everyday just from practice....and then i do about 300-600 pushups everyother day.
