I work for a company, and the head of IT wants me to prepare for more virus attacks by updating all the machines again. After blaster i did this and it wasnt fun going to 50 plus users and doing the updates. There are probably people that i missed as well that i dont feel like hunting down.

now is there a way to push the updates using windows 2000 server, like writing a log on script of sum sort that would download the patch from the local server here that has already been up dated?

    any help is appreciated.

We have some software at work that does this. If I remember, I'll ask what it's called and get back to you.
