Everday other day I do a ladder type exercise..10 up and 10 down. I do pushups, crunches, and lower leg lifts. After about a year and a half of doing this, my wrists are starting to hurt from the pushups. I am fit and do work out / exercise regularly. Any tips on how to avoid my wrists hurting when I do push ups? Do them on knuckles? Wear wrist brace? Thanks!
