Push up "U"s

    I bought some of those upside down U's, as they have them in my gym, and i'd occasionally use them to finish off a chest workout (do a few sets of full range pushups)

    Previously i did knuckle pushups, and since buying these, i notice i can do almost twice as many per set ~40.... I usually throw my feet on the couch to get additional leverage...

    Question being, if my feet are raised up high, and its basically an incline press, what % of my body weight am i putting up...


    Just curious if anyone knows..

    depends on the position during the lift, the angle, your bodyweight, your proportions, aka nobody can tell you
