push/pull routine

    anyone have good experience with this type of routine? never fucked around with one. stagnating on my current routine and want to try something else. have a sample template? got something else I should try instead? thanks. :x:

    I do a push/pull/legs split on 4 days a week
    I am doing around 12 sets total on all days and I am progressing on strength and size for the 1st time in like a year.
