I usually put 3 to 4 scoops of it into an empty Gatorade bottle and add water, usually let it sit for about half a day in the fridge before drinking it during workout.
But ask Timber, I think he is the controlled labs guru around here.

i've always wanted to try wraath or xtend but i can never justify the $$$. has anyone ever actually NOTICED a difference in their workouts, recovery, gains? i feel like every time there is a thread about it ppl end up saying they "think" they've been getting "better" workouts. but yeah, in for responses

I've used Xtend which is basically the same thing. The science is there to support it but I've never noticed a difference.

It *should* help preserve muscle on a cut.. probably won't do a huge amount when bulking. The question is, would you really notice better preservation of muscle unless you have done multiple cutting cycles and have enough experience to tell the difference? I probably wouldn't.

But like I said, the science backs it so if you want to pay for that then I'm sure it doesn't do any harm.

    i've also used xtend.

the only thing I notice is that sometimes I am not as sore. I just sip on it during my workout.
