    got slight hamstring tear and a fascia tear on outter quad each injury on a leg. Also knees are complete shit from low BF/water and hours of cardio for 20 weeks. It will all be fine, just takes time. Plus im clean again going on 3rd week. I was on fast acting cutting drugs so there were out of me within days after my show. Just playing the re-adjust game.

    HAve you ever done high intensity cardio whether interval or not? Or is it too catabolic?

    yep I tried out hitt style while getting ready for my show..did it for two weeks...only thing I got was burned out knees and stopped my fat loss. But i was flatter an felt like shit.

    ya i have, i just use natural stuff, i take enough shit already :rofl: a squirt of deca or eq a week and my joint issues go away...when im not on i just take it easy with the weight. Gh also heals very well

    I'd seriously consider the adequan, its cheap as chips, very simple to get a hold of and great results.

    thats not me training hard? Thats a light easy workout..takes me about 45-60 minutes for everything

    I counted 36 sets :hs: with 15 reps per set, that's like 540 reps a workout.. I do 150 or so usually :o

    hammer press, what is this exercie? cant find it in any exercise guide... probably something really obvious. also hammer one arm row.
    dual single arm pull down to the sides- with that do you just stand between two cable machines and pull down?
    Thanks, I'm tempted to try this routine after the one im doing is done.
